General Counsel Consultant Director
Matt has been working in the legal world for over 20 years. He trained and started out in ‘Big Law’ in London & Moscow as a corporate lawyer, then moved in-house working for celebrity chef Jamie Oliver and his talented team for 5 years, spearheading the legal function for the rapid global expansion of the Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group. Matt has also worked at a senior level for what is now Curry’s plc (when Curry’s PCWorld merged with Carphone Warehouse), the John Lewis Partnership, ATG Entertainment (world theatres and ticketing), Clear Channel International now Bauer Media (out of home advertising) and most recently as General Counsel for Anytime Fitness UK & Ireland, the world’s leading fitness franchise.
